A complete waste of time
Hours as and when they can be bothered
Other staff have to make excuses for them

Closes early and when it’s ‘open’ staff are on a break so it’s basically closed. If you can’t be bothered just close it down.

Advertised opening times are 9am-5.30pm but this is not the case. Rarely it’s open before 10am and normally closes by 4pm. Why not just update the sign to your actual opening hours? The amount of times I’ve gone there and no one can serve me?! Just train up all the staff that work there! Simple! When someone is there they are usually disgruntled and not very friendly. Avoid if you can and use the one in pound hill.

One star is generous, there should be an option for 0 stars. Before using this branch consider; carrier pigeon, delivering the letter /parcel yourself, or yak. All of which will save you the stress and headache of playing 'open for service roulette' that's synonymous with this post office.
